Zoom Best Practices and Sample Scenarios for Children and Teens

This document includes a list of Zoom best practices for public library programs, as well as a list of sample "problem" scenarios and how to handle them. Staff can use this list to practice programs by having other staff members engage in the sample scenarios and figuring out to handle them together.
