Strategic Planning and Grant Proposals

The Cochrane Public Library has been successful over the past 18 months at applying for and receiving grants for large programs. As the Library has undertaken a serious physical and internal transformation over the past year we have been able to apply for grants that fit with our new vision of a vibrant place and space in the community. Writing grants proposals can be daunting if you don't have a vision, purpose or goal in mind so it is with this in mind that are happy to share our most recent grant successes and the 'why' and 'how' behind them.
