The webinar will display renovations and new buildings developed for Manitoba public libraires within the last five years.  Libraries from Winnipeg, Russell, and Pierson will be showcased.  Discussion will include trend designs and impacts of the projects on usage.  Community Development staff will highlight the importance of pre-design planning and provide reesources to complete a Needs Assessment and Feasibility study.
