FabLab Wonder Creates Community

When the pandemic uncovered 3D Printing use and interest on SSI, and the Library was looking to reimagine use of our Library space for community benefit, the 'FabLab' concept was hatched. Now, 3 grants and 3 years later, we have a devoted and busy
guided FabLab Community Space, fully registered STEM programs for chidren 6-15, and a soon-to-belaunched TinkerTank for the 5-and-under family crowd. Learn how it came about, how it's working now, and what we hope to see in the future.
